Note: On the Shopping Basket page we are introducing a new default delivery option called "Click and Collect" you might not see this immediately, so if you require Click and Collect please contact us with your order and we will have it prepared for collection. Click and Collect is displayed in the dropdown box, if you require delivery please click on the down arrow to display the delivery option available, then click on the displayed delivery charge to update your order. You can change the order back to "Click and Collect" by clicking on the down arrow again, then clicking on the "Click and Collect" option to update your order. When you click the "Proceed to Checkout" button you will be directed to a page that asks you to confirm your delivery address, please choose the "Click and Collect" address shown then click the button for "Use Selected Address"
All UK (for shipping means only Mainland GB), Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Northern and Southern Ireland orders will have the delivery charges calculated by the total order weight on Checkout. Orders that contain large bulky items a large quantity these may require being sent using a pallet, if so this will incur an additional delivery charge, we will contact you about this after the order has been processed and ascertain if you wish to continue or obtain a refund.
Ireland, purchasing goods manufactured outside of the UK, including Volvo Penta (sold via our shop) may be subject to Irish VAT and other charges on arrival into Ireland from the UK.
To obtain the correct shipping costs you must choose your Country (ie.UK, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Northern and Southern Ireland) from the drop down list when you register.
If you have put UK as your country but are from the followingJersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Northern and Southern Ireland please call or email to have the Country changed.
For packages over 1.5kgs in weight delivered to the areas below will be subject to extra delivery charges.
Scotland Highlands with postcodes AB 37-56, FK 19-21, IV 1-40, 54, 63, KW 1-14, PA 21-40, PH 15-41,49,50. Will be charged by weight on application.
Scotland offshore Islands with postcodes HS, IV 41-53, 55,56, KA 27-28, KW 15-17, PA 20, 41-78, PH 42-44, ZE. Will be charged by weight on application.
All overseas orders will be priced on application and we will contact you about the shipping costs.
All orders will have to be signed for.
Please allow 5 days working days for all UK (mainland GB) deliveries to arrive. If after 5 working days you have not received your order please contact us.
Allow 21 days working days for all outside of UK (mainland GB) and overseas deliveries to arrive.
